The following applies for residents of the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg.
If you require a criminal record check for work, you must go to the Municipal Service Building at 10 Allée Champlain Drive in Cookville, to pay a fee and obtain a receipt.
Please take the following items to your local RCMP office:
- Receipt of payment.
- Two pieces of Government-issued I.D., one must have your photo, original and unaltered.
- Self-addressed stamped envelope.
Once completed, your criminal record check will be mailed back to you in the envelope you have provided.
If you require a criminal record check for a volunteer position, or if you are a student, you can acquire forms at your local RCMP office. Criminal record checks are provided free of charge for volunteers and students.
Please take the following items to your local RCMP office:
- A letter from the organization you are going to be volunteering with, on letterhead, stating you are a volunteer.
- Two pieces of Government-issued I.D., one must have your photo, original and unaltered.
- Self-addressed stamped envelope.
Once completed, your criminal record check will be mailed back to you in the envelope you have provided.
