On June 10, 2025, Municipal Council conducted Second Reading and passed a motion to repeal and replace By-law 013 Capital Costs Recovery for Water Systems. This By-law replaces the original by-law of December of 2004 and amended on January 25, 2011.
The new by-law removes the A-1 Charge Area#1, MacCulloch Road Waterline – Charge Area from Schedule A, as all costs have been recovered.
